Our fresh pasta course revolves around the flavors and quality ingredients of the territory of Chianti.

A cookery course in which our cooks will take you into the world of hand-made pasta with a variety of products.

You know the techniques and secrets that grandmothers used to knead the dough.

So with your hands you can produce the Pici ravioli, noodles, spaghetti, crepes, cannelloni and more.

The courses will be held by appointment for a minimum of 2 persons .The courses can be taken in English. The course fee is € 35.00 per person for 2 hours.
