Stay Tax : is not included in the price and has to be paid in cash, between March 1st and October 31st of each year. It will be € 2,50 per person a day, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Kids will NOT pay the Stay Tax.
Kids are considered up to 12years old.
Extra Charges: Bar, Menu-Le Terrazze Del Chianti,Brbecue, bike rental, transfer, excursions. For every different breakfast time, before 08,00 and early check-out there is extra-charge of 8,00 € for person. For antiallergie breakfast food you can ask and if it is possible to find and to buy it the extra sevice price is 12,00 € for pax for day
Breakfast is served at 08,00-10,30. Or request you can order from our Menu Le Terrazze del Chianti , Brbecue and the Kids-Menu from 19,30 to 21,30.
Cats/Dogs: Dogs are allowed for an extra charge of 50,00€ a day.

How to book:
10 % with standard room rate, or 1 night or 50 % like deposit is required to guarantee the availability of your room. Payment can be made with a bank wire transfer or with credit card through PayPal. 5% extra charge will apply for PayPal payments.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to arrivals are entitled to a full refund.Cancellations made within 15 days of arrivals are non refundable.
The reduced number of rooms does not allow us to satisfy any type of cancellation request.
